Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”) will result in the session being forfeited without refund. This policy ensures fairness and allows appointment times to be offered to other clients. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee will apply. 4. Data Protection & Privacy By booking a coaching session, you consent to your personal information being collected and stored for the purpose of: Contacting you regarding your booking Providing coaching services Sending relevant appointment reminders or service-related communications Your data will be stored securely and used for contact and service purposes only. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. 5. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
